OASIS Enters Freeze

General, OASIS

As of 30 June 2023, at 23:59 Eastern US time, the current OASIS system will enter a read-only freeze where no data entry can occur. This is in preparation for the OASIS V3 release on 17 July 2023.

As identified by the previous communication, the IAQG Executive Committee approved the Digital Team recommendation to proceed with the transition to OASIS V3. In advance of the new platform launch on 17 July 2023, a freeze period must occur to ensure a proper transfer of data from the current system to the new platform.

This freeze period will present timing challenges for some certifications. The Certification Oversight Team has approved Resolution 165 to address concerns over transitioning from the existing OASIS to the new OASIS V3.  This change will affect all OASIS users, and it is recommended that you review the new resolution.

Please continue to ensure you (and your team) have the tools needed to become familiar with the new platform. Guidance materials on how to use and operate OASIS V3 are available at http://oasis-help.iaqg.org. These training materials are accessible to all OASIS users and continue to be refined. Additional details will be shared in future communications.
